Registrations can be done either online or personal visit at our office.

Interviews are conducted from time to time based on our clients requirement through online (skype) or direct interview.

Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment team on the basis of the job description provided by our client. Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. Short listed candidates' bio-data shall be presented to the clients for the final selection.

The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subject to a trade test as per their specialization.

The terms and conditions of the employment contract shall be briefed to the selected candidates by their regional language / English before signing.

Selected Candidates shall undergo Medical check-up with Panel Doctors and their Medical Fitness Report shall be forwarded to the Clients.

On receipt of the Work permit / Visa documents from the employer, candidates' Passports along with the required documents shall be submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping if necessary.

Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance .

Orientation about the Country of placement,Company and Project site before their departure from India.

The necessary documents such as Employment contract / Work permit, Visa, Emigration clearance , Insurance, Air Ticket along with passport shall be given to the candidates two days prior to the date of Travel, subsequently the arrival details of the candidates are informed to the Client.
